1. Who we are
We are bunkerdomains LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Seychelles. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's the entity. Contact: legal@bunkerdomains.com.
2. What you get
- Domain registration on the TLDs we list at /tlds.
- WHOIS privacy at no extra cost on every TLD that supports it.
- DNS hosting for as long as the domain is with us.
- Email forwarding (5 forwards per domain).
- URL forwarding.
- DNSSEC where the registry supports it.
- A dashboard to manage everything above.
3. What you pay
Listed pricing per TLD. Crypto-only payment via OxaPay. We never accept cards. Renewal pricing matches what we publish at the time of renewal. We don't retroactively raise prices on existing registrations during the paid period.
Refunds: see /refund-policy. Short version: 14 days from payment, only if the domain hasn't activated yet.
4. What you don't do
Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Anything outside it is grounds for suspension. CSAM, active malware C2, phishing infrastructure, live threats: those get yanked the moment we verify them.
Don't use our service to break the laws of the Seychelles or of the jurisdiction the domain's registry sits in. We don't police your content beyond that baseline.
5. What we don't do
- Guarantee 100% uptime. We aim for >99.9%; we publish actuals at /stats.
- Prevent legal compulsion. If a competent court orders us to act, we comply.
- Recover lost passwords without verification through the dashboard flow. We don't reset accounts via voice call, support ticket sob story, or social engineering.
- Reply to DMCA notices — see /dmca-policy.
6. What happens if a court tells us to act
We comply with valid orders from competent jurisdiction. That means:
- Seychelles courts: yes, directly.
- Foreign courts: only after their judgment is made enforceable in the Seychelles via the proper recognition process.
- Police informal requests, subpoenas without judicial backing, takedown emails: no.
Every legal action we take is published in our transparency report.
7. Disputes
If you have a dispute with us, first email legal@bunkerdomains.com. We'll try to fix it. If we can't, the dispute goes to arbitration in the Seychelles under Seychelles law. Class actions are not available; you bring claims as an individual.
8. Changes
We can update these terms. Material changes get a 30-day notice via dashboard banner and email (to your registered email). Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you don't accept, transfer your domain out — we won't block transfers initiated for this reason.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time via /dashboard/profile. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the AUP. We'll notify you with reason. Domains you registered through us remain registered until they expire — they just leave your dashboard.
10. Liability
We provide the service as-is. We don't guarantee fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability for any single dispute is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months prior. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
