We are bunkerdomains LLC, a Seychelles entity. We have no US presence, no US officers, no US assets. The DMCA is a US copyright statute. It does not apply to us. We are not subject to its safe harbor requirements because we are not in the safe harbor — we are not a US service provider.
Sending us a DMCA notice has the same effect as sending one to a tree. We don't read them. We don't file them. They go to /dev/null.
What you can do instead
- Get a judgment from a court of competent jurisdiction.
- If that court is the Seychelles, we'll respect the judgment.
- If that court is foreign, you'll need to go through the process to make the judgment enforceable in the Seychelles before we'll act on it.
This is not us being defiant. This is just how international law works. We're following the rules that apply to us. The DMCA isn't one of those rules.
