The administrative contact is the person or entity ICANN requires you to list as responsible for domain management and technical decisions. It's the contact that receives abuse complaints, policy notices, and registry communications—not the owner, not the tech person. In theory, this is the person who can update nameservers, modify WHOIS records, and handle disputes. In practice, most registrars let you set this to whoever you want, and most people either leave it blank (via WHOIS privacy) or point it at a proxy service. The admin contact is distinct from the registrant (owner), tech contact (nameserver operator), and billing contact (payment responsible party). Many jurisdictions now require the admin contact to be a real, locatable person or entity, which is why anonymous registrations often use proxy contacts instead. bunkerdomains strips identifying details from all contacts by default—we don't publish your admin contact data, period.
